Bronni Karatassos was born and raised in South Africa and relocated to Atlanta in 1992. Bronni has always been an enthusiastic athlete playing competitive sports throughout her school career. She started dance lessons at age 4 and danced competitively for the next 20 years. She is focused on the well being of the whole person including the need for people to be as physically and mentally acute as they can be. Hence she decided to follow her undergraduate degree at Georgia State with a Masters in Physical Education. Bronni taught health and physical education to elementary school children for seven years. She gained her American Council on Exercise certification so she could share her enthusiasm for physical fitness with people of all ages as a fitness instructor. Bronni is very active in the lives of her two sons volunteering at their school and at their many athletic activities. She still makes time to participate in half marathons and triathlons. She and her boys live in Atlanta.
 
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn for my health.
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
Chocolate.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
Four point plank.
Courtney has been a part of the OTF family since 2013. She is AFAA, CPR, and AED certified. Her background is in group fitness, cheerleading and dance before she started coaching. For Courtney, coaching is an incredible experience but the most rewarding aspect of her job is bringing out the inner rockstar of our members! Just when the members think they've given their all, Courtney prides herself in helping them find that extra push!
 
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
A healthy lifestyle.
 
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
Disney movies, chips, manicures!
 
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
Anything power - pop jacks, froggers, burpees, ultimate burpee, etc...
Desi Steib, born in New Orleans Louisiana. Attended the University of Minnesota where I was a Division I football player and student athlete. Graduated with a bachelors in Business & Marketing Ed. Also attended the Art Institute of Atlanta where I received an Associates degree in Culinary Arts. My Fitness Certification is through I.S.S.A.

My motivation for being a fitness instructor is from my hometown of Vacherie, Louisiana. Along with amazing food we also have a high rate of obesity and people that lives get taken way before their time due to heart attacks etc. so my focus is to be the most well known fitness instructor (leading by example) to touch as many lives as I am able to!
 
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn for LIFE! I've witnessed too many people lose their lives way too early with unhealthy actions of inactivity.
 
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
Chocolate is my guilty pleasure!!!
 
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
Power Pull-ups are my favorite exercise.

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
